Description

Location: London, UK

Featuring Reynaers CS 77 bottom hung open in window and CS 77 doors, Emerald Gardens is a beautifully presented residential development of 475 dwellings with ground floor retail space. Part of the Wembley Park redevelopment plan by property developer Quintain and is one of the first of two PRS buildings, operated by Tipi, Quintain's Build to Rent Management company.

The Emerald Gardens development is inspired by London’s flourishing garden squares. Situated in the North West village the plot is immersed in almost an acre of private grounds. The building accommodates 475 exclusive apartments, spread across seven buildings and boasts a 16-seat cinema.

Wembley Park is one of the UK’s largest urban regeneration schemes. Situated in the cosmopolitan North West London borough of Brent, it encompasses the iconic Wembley Stadium and SSE Arena at its heart. The exciting development offers a vibrant hub where people want to live, companies want to grow, and neighbourhoods come alive.

The breath-taking £3bn renewal project is led by development firm Quintain, which purchased the plot in 2002 and then achieved outline planning consent for 8.8 million square feet of mixed-use development. Following a successful key supplier agreement, Reynaers has been named as a preferred supplier for window systems across the Wembley Park site. Reynaers will assist on the development of further projects following the triumph of completed Emerald Gardens in 2016 and Alto in 2017.

The aesthetic of the Wembley Park project has been designed to enhance the skyline and allow residents to view the sweeping boulevards that lend an openness to the development. Reynaers has utilised systems that create a maximum presence of space and natural light, resulting in seamless integration between the indoor and outdoor environments. Throughout the project, making a feature of the iconic Wembley Stadium, as well as facilitating unrivalled views of across the site has been a priority when considering the glazing systems.
